The Internet provides a means by which to make large amounts of public transport information (PTI) available to an increasing proportion of travellers in a flexible and cost-effective way. There are now a plethora of PTI web sites of varying quality in terms of both presentation and content. This project produced a best practice guide for PTI on the web.
